On May 30, the 16th “Jingchuang Cup” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, co-hosted by the Admissions and Career Office alongside the 4th “Jingcai Dachuang” Beijing College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, successfully concluded. Spanning two months, the event attracted 49 student teams across diverse fields including education, technology, linguistics, and arts. Notably, multiple projects demonstrated deep integration of AI technologies, showcasing participants’ innovative thinking and technological application capabilities.

After preliminary screening, 20 teams advanced to the finals. During the final round, teams delivered compelling pitch presentations highlighting their projects’ unique strengths. Awards included: 1 Grand Prize, 2 First Prizes, 4 Second Prizes, 6 Third Prizes, 7 Excellence Awards, and 1 Best Popularity Award. Xu Junxiang, CEO of Zhongqing Chuangxiang Group, praised the projects in his closing remarks, urging students to uphold the “Three Truths” principle: identifying real problems, committing to authentic innovation, and embracing practical execution.

The competition served as both a dynamic platform for student talent and a catalyst for the university’s innovation-entrepreneurship education. Moving forward, Capital Normal University will further deepen educational reforms in these areas, cultivating more high-caliber talents with innovative spirit and practical skills to contribute to societal development.
