CNU Held“Youth in Song” Lawn Music Festival at Its “One-Stop” Student Community

On the afternoon of May 27, the Student Affairs Office, in collaboration with the Liangxiang Campus Basic Education Department, organized the “Youth in Song” Lawn Music Festival at the football field of Liangxiang Campus. The event, part of the university’s “One-Stop” Student Community initiative, brought together over a thousand participants, including Wang Daguang (Deputy Party Secretary of the University and Director of the Liangxiang Campus Management Committee), Han Jihua (Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee, Vice President, and Deputy Director of the Liangxiang Campus Management Committee), leaders from relevant departments, faculty advisors, and students. Teachers and students shared the stage in a vibrant celebration of music and dance.

Featuring an open-air lawn stage, the festival showcased 43 performances by student bands, singers, and dancers from various departments, spanning genres such as rock, pop, rap, folk, and dance. Interactive activities like photo check-ins and surprise raffles added to the fun, while the university’s Logistics Department offered special summer-themed snacks.

“In the future, the Student Affairs Office will continue working with the Liangxiang Campus Basic Education Department to deliver more warm, dynamic, and high-quality cultural and sports activities tailored to students’ interests and needs,” the organizers stated.
