The opening ceremony was hosted by Li Rui, Executive Vice Dean of Research Institute for Arts and Aesthetic Education.
In opening speech, Mali Geng stated that this forum is an important initiative for our university to implement the requirements of the 20th National Party Congress, which has positive significance for strengthening research in art theory and promoting the application of hermeneutic theory in the field of art.
Zhang Zhengwen pointed out that AI is reshaping the ecology of artistic creation, and research in art hermeneutics needs to establish an interdisciplinary methodology, advancing towards a diverse and interdisciplinary practice field, with the forum's theme holding significant academic and practical value. Wang Desheng proposed that the dynamic nature of art and the multidimensional openness of interpretive activities provide possibilities for the theoretical construction of art hermeneutics.
Zhang Jiang proposed in the keynote report that art hermeneutics should consider the study of multiple issues, with the core being the authentication of the "truth" of art interpretation. He hopes that experts will work together to continuously create in both theory and practice.
The forum set up multiple discussion topics, where participating scholars engaged in a two-way dialogue on issues such as the construction of theoretical paradigms in art hermeneutics and human-machine collaboration in AI creation, reflecting a cutting-edge academic posture.
This forum promotes interdisciplinary dialogue in art research, highlighting the theoretical prospects of constructing art hermeneutics, providing new perspectives for related research and establishing new directions for the development of the art discipline at our university.
