Mr. Feng Huairong reflected on his experiences in 1978 assisting in education and sketching in Xinjiang. Xinjiang is vast and its people's warmth is genuine. The real-life experiences in pastures, forestry areas, and pastoral regions have profoundly influenced his art. He donated his representative work "Silk Road Village" to College of Fine Arts. Student representatives, Professors Liu Su and Zhou Yan, presented flowers to him.

The College of Fine Arts of CNU will continue to promote and carry forward the academic concepts and creative spirit of our predecessors. With the theme of "Research on Academic Heritage and Modern Development," we will launch a series of exhibitions and publications, focusing on the renowned figures, esteemed teachers, and notable works that have emerged from the Fine Arts Department of Fu Jen Catholic University since the 1930s, celebrating the nearly century-long history. We pay tribute to the pioneers of the academy and aim to contribute more to the fine arts in the new era.
