On March 28, as the 10th National Security Education Day approaches, the founding conference of the "Voice of National Security" Youth Propaganda Team, organized by the Beijing National Security Concept Research Center, was held at Capital Normal University. Leaders from the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China National Security Committee Office, Beijing Academy of Social Sciences, University of International Relations, and Capital Normal University attended the meeting, presenting flags and appointing members of the propaganda team. After the founding ceremony, a special report was held on the theme of "Development of National Security Rule of Law Under the Guidance of the Overall National Security Concept."

The propaganda team, led by Capital Normal University, is composed of 46 young teachers and students from universities such as Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, Beijing Institute of Technology, and the University of International Relations. With the theme of "The 10th Anniversary of National Security Education for All," the team will carry out overall national security concept publicity activities targeting universities, enterprises, communities, and villages in the capital. They will fully leverage the unique advantages of the youth group, tell compelling national security stories in youthful language, and integrate the voice of theory into campuses and extend it to society.
