On April 2nd, the donation ceremony of Beijing Found Town to Capital Normal University was held in the Shuzhong Dongtian Conference Room. Wu Lei, General Manager of Beijing Fund Town Holding Co., Ltd., Li Xin, Secretary General of the Beijing Fund Town Charitable Foundation, and Liu Yingjie, Project Leader, along with Li Hailiang, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of our university, and Vice Chairman of the Education Foundation, attended the ceremony. Responsible personnel from relevant functional departments and representatives from the recipient units participated in the ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Bai Xiangning, Director of the Alumni Work Office and Secretary General of the Education Foundation.

Wu Lei introduced that as a national-level investment platform, the town has long served the real economy and conducted charitable activities through a public welfare foundation. This donation establishes the "Principal Scholarship" for the affiliated high school of CNU and the "Truth-seeking Scholarship" for the College of Political Science and Law, College of Teacher Education, and School of Management, aiming to inspire teachers and students to innovate and strive for excellence.

Li Hailiang awarded Wu Lei a donation certificate and an educational contribution medal, and presented a campus cultural shirt.

The principal of CNU Affiliated High School, Shen Jie, expressed gratitude for the support from the fund town, stating that they will effectively utilize the scholarship to assist students' comprehensive development. The heads of the College of Political Science and Law, College of Teacher Education, and School of Management each committed to using the teaching award as an opportunity to strengthen faculty development and promote interdisciplinary integration. Teacher representative Bao Yonghui advocated for the combination of theory and practice to cultivate compound talents.

Li Hailiang, representing the school and the education foundation, expressed gratitude to Beijing Fund Town for its trust and support. He stated that this cooperation is significant as it not only funds students but also supports teacher training. He pointed out that CNU is accelerating its efforts to build a world-class normal university and looks forward to deepening industry-university-research cooperation with the Fund Town to jointly create a new chapter in university-enterprise collaboration. Both parties expressed their intention to expand cooperation in areas such as talent cultivation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, contributing to the high-quality development of the capital's economy, society, and education.
