As the grandest event to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative and an important platform for all parties to discuss high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation will be held in Beijing from October 17 to 18. President Xi Jinping will attend the opening ceremony of the forum, deliver a keynote speech, and hold a welcome banquet and bilateral activities for guests attending the forum in China.
