Born in October of 1962 in Beijing, Mr. Li is an Associate Researcher.

Mr. Li graduated from the Basic Math Major of the Math Department of Beijing Normal University in July of 1987.

Since 1987, he has held the following posts like counsellor at the Math Department of Beijing Normal University, supervisor at the Estate Office and Logistics Office of CNU; Deputy Dean of the Institute of International Cultural of CNU; and Executive Deputy Director of Beijing Teachers Training Center for Higher Education.
