Deputy Secretary of the CPC of CNU

Born in December of 1959 in Wuhan of Hubei, Mr. Xu became a member of the CPC in June of 1985. He got his first job in August of 1976. He graduated with a Master Degree of Philosophy from the major of the History of Philosophy of Marxism of Peking University. He is now a professor.
He used to serve as the deputy director of the Research Institute for the History of Development of Marxism and Leninism at Renmin University of China, deputy director of School of Marxism, deputy director and director of the Party’s organization and he also served as Vice President of Xinjiang University of Finance.
