On April 7th, the opening ceremony of “21 Days·1 Hour Let Change Happen” program was held at the CNU. The weightlifting champion of 2012 London Olympic Games, Li Xueying was invited to attend the ceremony. She shared stories with 150 students about contesting for the championship, her reflections, tough trainings, experience and methods of exercising. Over 650 students participated in the Sunshine Sport Carnival.

The program has eight parts: daily check-in, face-to-face with Olympic Games champions, Sunshine Sport Carnival, Student Union’s Call for Morning Exercise and Healthy Breakfast, Fluorescence Night Running Tour within Campuses, Skipping Contest, A Tug of War and football and basketball games between schools. The aim of the program is to encourage students to exercise 1 hour per day and carry on for 21 days, to develop one’s own favorite sport and exercising habit. “To get away from computers, to step out of the hall and to indulge in the playground”; students should be healthier and stronger and practice for strength and fighting spirit through exercise.
