Professor Xu Xingzhi from Life Sciences Institute of CNU won 2015 Annual Outstanding Alumini Award from Medical School of South Carolina University2015-04-13

Prof. Xu, professor from Life Sciences Institute of CNU, director of one of the important labs in Beijing Municipality on DNA Damage Response, received a letter from his Alma Mater, the Medical School of South Caroline University in June of 2014 and he was informed that he had been nominated candidate for the 2015 Annual Alumini Award of Medical School of South Caroline University. Prof. Xu was invited to his Alma Mater between March 5 and 6 of this year for academic exchange. Prof. Xu delivered an academic report at the medical school on “Reversible ubiquitination modulates CHK1 activation through targeting CLASPIN”. And he won the 2015 Annual Outstanding Alumini Award from Medical School of South Carolina University USA.

Each and every year, the Medical School of South Carolina University chooses, through various means, one among doctoral graduates over the years, who has contributed a whole lot to academic research, teaching and community service and awards the aluminum with the title of honors.
