Zhang Aibing

Born in February of 1971, Mr. Zhang, a doctorate from Institute of Zoology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, used to carry out his post-doctoral research in Kyoto University of Japan and Switzerland Royal Institute of Technology (Kungliga Tekniska h?gskolan). He is now a professor and doctoral tutor at the Institute of Life Science of CNU and he has been selected for “the Program of Millions of Talents in Beijing”. He is also a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars.


He is concentrated on his studies in the fields of the origin of species, ecology, biodiversity assessment, built mechanism of insect community, invasive species and ecological safety. He is editorial of Journal of Biological Safety and Environment Entomological Journal. He is a member of the Entomological Society of China, a member of professional committee of insect ecology, a member of youth committee, a member of the professional committee of insect genome a member of the professional committee of forest insects of Chinese Society of Forestry, and the director of Entomological Society of Beijing. He has published his research in journals such as Syst Biol (IF14.21), Mol Biol Evol (14.30), Mol Ecol (6.54). he has been in charge of multiple programs like the program of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the general program, and important programs for Natural Foundation of Beijing.
